Sewing classes

As a rule, we only deliver our unique items items and handmade gifts to addresses in the UK.  

Postage is 1st Class Royal Mail or Hermes Next Day Delivery, depending on the size and weight of the order.

Postage costs are set within each product listing, specific to the item.  Postage is free on all orders over £70.

'Off the shelf' items from our limited edition range will be dispatched within two working days wherever possible. Dispatch times for custom orders will vary depending on materials required and complexity of the item purchased. We'll discuss this with you at the time of order, but we'll always do our absolute best to dispatch your parcel of happiness as soon as we can.

Please allow up to seven working days for delivery.  If your package hasn't arrived within seven working days, please contact us at makers@institches.shop.  We can't be held responsible for any errors or delays of others in delivering your package, but of course we will absolutely do what we can to help locate your package in the unlikely event of it going missing.

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.  For any missing packages, we'll submit a claim to Royal Mail or Hermes on your behalf to attempt to reclaim the cost of the missing parcel, but this is not guaranteed.  Any instances where a refund is obtained from Royal Mail or Hermes, this refund will be returned to you.
