Workshop Cancellation Policy

We want you to get the most out of your workshop and stay safe, which is why we keep our numbers small. Because of this we have a strict cancellation policy.


Full payment for workshops is required at the time of booking to secure your place. You can pay online or by payment link (please contact us to request this). 


Late attendance

Please attend on time (ideally 10 minutes early) so that you have time to settle in and get equipment ready before we start the workshop. We have a limited amount of time for each workshop and want everyone to have a wonderful time and leave having finished the course or completed their project. 


Sadly, if you are more than 20 minutes late you will not be able to participate in the workshop as we will need to repeat the same material again. This is unfair to the other participants and makes the teaching process extremely complex. Additionally, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer your booking to another date if you are more than 20 minutes late.


Cancellations by you

We urge you to carefully check your diary to ensure that you are available to attend any workshops you are booking with us.


If you cancel with more than 14 days’ notice of the workshop, we can either:

transfer your booking to another workshop (if a date is available), transfer your booking to another attendee of your choosing, it is however vital that this person has the requisite skill level required for that session, or we will offer you a refund (minus a 25% administration fee).


Cancellations within 14 days of the start of the workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

Cancellations by us

We require a minimum of two attendees at most workshops (this can vary with location). If we do not have enough people to run a workshop, or there are other personal circumstances that mean we need to cancel a workshop, we will be in touch to offer an alternative date or a full refund. 


We will always try our best to give an absolute minimum of 24 hours notice. We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.


Covid cancellations 

If you test positive before your workshop and wish to cancel we ask for proof of a positive PCR test. This will need the date and name stated, we will then happily transfer your booking or organise a refund if there isn’t another workshop opportunity that interests you.
